At this third annual Building Engineers in K-5 Classrooms, participants will have a choice of 30 hands-on workshops to choose from as well as learn directly from elementary students do inspiring STEM work in their classrooms.

Visiting speakers include:

  • Catherine Truitt, North Carolina State Superintendent of Public Instruction
  • Dr. Maria Pitre-Martin, Executive Director, SERVE Center at UNC Greensboro

Keynote address:

  • Dr. Laura Bottomley, Director, College of Engineering, NC State University
